No Transitional fossils?
I truly find it very dreary and foolish the way creationists of varying degrees and flavors of silliness endless claim there are no transitional fossils especially for hominids.
I don't know why they are so worried about being related to chimps and gorillas. Low self esteem?
I also don't know but wonder if these people ever read any popular science magazines like Discover or New Scientist or the Smithsonian magazine?
The March issue of the Smithsonian magazine has a cover story of their own Hall of Human Origins and recent discoveries of hominid fossils.
For the benefit of those who don't have access to a library that subscribes to science magazines or can't afford to travel to Washington D.C. ( I wish I could!) there is also a web site.

Or you come visit the Smithsonian Online
For the record I do believe there is a GOD but Genesis is clearly a record of ancient myths NOT a science text book! I see the theory of evolution as a highly probable and valid explanation based on current data of how the wonders of creation continually develop and change.
No I don't believe in Intelligent Design either. That concept limits the Divine.
I do however think something or someone occasionally gives Life on Earth assistance and a tweak there and here. That would certainly explain the Platypus and the capacity of wolves to become dachshunds!
