Is Thin Really fit?
With Fashion Week in May in Sydney there's been a lot of media coverage of fashionistas and frankly at least half of them seem to need to be tell to spend a little less time at the gym?

Look even when there's no ribs showing at all those skinny arms?

Honestly how do they lift the sample bags of giveaways?

I saw a photo of one designer who will not be named and in the accompanying interview she was talking about how Pilates gave her long lean muscles. Possibly Pilates and excessive workouts or dieting?

Lean and slender are good especially if you really truly are naturally willowy tall and slender but some people really need to take a look in the mirror.

Musculature so "lean" that it looks barely thicker than the arm bones its covering is not a good look on anyone?

Seriously this person looked like a borderline anorexic?

Yes folks work out by all means but dont overdo it?

Being so thin people start looking to see if any ribs is surely too thin?

And it gives Pilates which helped improve my back immensely a bad name!
