Dear Sydney DEVELOPER

Dear Sydney Developer
Yes you with the unpaid alimony or taxes and the big house and the under paid non union contract workers ... yes you.
Despite efforts over the last ten years you and your mates have bravely fought the fight to keep Sydney housing prices as high as possible resisting all moves to create affordable housing and rejecting the concept that 5 to 10 % of units and flats should be either available at lower prices for teachers and nurses and the police or emergency workers or leased to the disabled or pensioners at cheaper rents.
Clearly you believe forcing most of the city's population to live at a hour or much further away from their work places supports public transport or something? Or maybe means there's no way you risk running into any disgruntled underpaid employees at the shops or at social events?
As a concession to the continual nagging of social activists some of you have conceded you might allow a whole 1 or 2 % of "social housing" in your future developments.
A whole 1 or 2 % !!!
Well that doesnt help and its just plain MEAN!
Mean selfish greedy etcetera...
Perhaps the TAX Dept should write off HOGES as a lost cause and focus on some of you instead?
