Dear READERS SHOUT OUT IF YOU LIKE MY WORK
May 30th 2011 03:26
Here is the comment Anonymous made on this week's series of FREE e-cards and Agapathon reminders. The FREE e-cards I made to promote acts of charity and goodwill and reward my few regular readers.

You should maybe think about another line of work. Your designs are plain and nothing at all special or interesting enough for me to purchase. They are very amateur in composition and layout.
I've SEEN worse stuff than me for sale.
Been in any contemporary art galleries lately?
They all look very similar to each other - as in, buying one means it's foolish to buy another as they all look the same.
It is not something you are doing that will radically reshape graphic design. You aren't even following current trends.
Stuff current trends. They're so BLAND
Models drifting along catwalks like anorexic ghosts. Designers using retro as a trend to redo old styles rather than be inspired to try something new.
Oh current trends are so wonderful!
what you are doing is rudimentary stuff that was done by young children when graphics programs first came out many, many years ago. They are boring, frankly.
FRACTALS ARE BORING?
Is your real problem that fractals require an appreciation of geometry?
It's art you have to think about?
You must understand this, and that is why you have sold next to no pieces. It is not anyone out there refusing to help you, they simply don't like your work. And why should they? I have seen you moan and shout at people for not commenting on it as if they are obliged to do so. They are not. Perhaps they won't because they don't want to hurt your feelings. You get quite crazy about this, and saying anything negative will not sit well with you, so they say nothing at all.
I am painfully aware my work has minority appeal however I've seen worse work then mine suddenly start selling cos the artist / designer got declared trendy by some critic. When is it going to be my turn?
Dear Readers I leave you to think of fitting adjectives to use about some one who posts anonymously a post like this on some one's birthday about a series of FREE e-cards simply intended as gifts for readers like you?
Frankly I think Anonymous' real problem is that she or he hates watching me trying to be useful.
Anonymous what have you done for any charity this week!?
I'm betting you're so mean don't even put your small change in charity jars in shops?
Dear Regulars and others Please Shout out if you enjoyed the Agapathon and Birthday E-cards ?
