Red Herrings and Bare Hands

Hints within the book over the last couple of months as well as this image show that one or more Legionnaires will be getting all expenses paid trip to Shanghalla. The cemetery of heroes in the 31st century.
I suspect however this image is a red Herring?
Most of us are probably suspecting dear Xenophobic Kirt Earthman barely reformed fascist Niedrigh as the likely victim given the final panel of this months issue?
Think again? Why do I say this image and the hints in the issue may be a red herring? Or yet a clue?
I dont think Kirt will follow Saturn Queen for the simple reason he hates taking orders from anyone and Saturn Queen wants Chaos not Order.
He's not Lobo. This is a man whose behaviour right or wrong shows he values order and he's not a sadist. Ruthless uncaring with anger management issues yes but not a sadist.
Also Kirt wears gloves. The hand shown is bare.
Most of the people on the current roster wear gloves.
How many of them have bare hands and light colored skin currently?
Polar Boy? Lightning Lass?
Methinks there may be more than one death?
Then again the whole bare hand thing may be a red herring and Kirt falls in battle and this stirs up the xenophobe faction back on Earth leading into the next plot line?
I'm thinking more than one death since spoilers state at least two if not most of the current Academy Class get bumped up to the Legion?
Whatever happened at least LSH will have minimal after effects from the RElaunch?
We have to wait and see.
I'm kinda hoping we keep Mr Niedrigh.
Our passionate xenophobe certainly keeps everyone challenged?
That and I've been enjoying the way he's drawn and written in a manner that suggest he STOMPS and bellows and roars and yet under the machismo has a ruthless intellect and a flair for strategy?
