Yes Vril Dox is back. Remember how L.E.G.I.O.N. spun off into R.E.B.E.L.S. in the early 1990s. Those who were too young can go check the Wikipedia entry!
Well "darling loveable" Vril , all round megalomanic, brat, abused child, slave Coluan super genius, twisted politican, and founder of a Galactic cops for hire peacekeeping mercenary organisation, has been deposed again as El Capo.
Come February we can find out which of Vrils friends foes relatives and enemies thinks they can do a better job of chief cop. Until Vril schemes cheats and fights his power back into the top spot. Could be interesting if DC has a good art/ writing team?
