Rain Improves my broadband signal!

Rain Improves my Broadband Signal!

Anyone know why?

Rain is falling heavily outside and its windy yet my wireless signal is quite strong?

For some reason humidity seems to improve its strength?

I'm starting to wonder if the signal is somehow bouncing off the rain drops!?

Ideas anyone? Preferably based on a knowledge of physics stronger than mine?
