(Self) Entitlement

The image below shows a person with a genuinely over active sense of self entitlement!
This is my neighbour's "pupzilla" who believes I'm obliged to give him constant attention generally while I'm putting out washing!
He's actually quite sweet (unlike my other cyberstalkers Anon and Friends) but he gets very offended if I try to ignore him (rather like Anon?)
If I don't talk to him he yowls and tells me I'm a terrible person!
Now who else do I know who does that?
Fortunately "Pupzilla" is adorable and his behaviour is excusable and forgivable as he is a (non) sentient.
What a pity other people arent?
