The ODD IRONIES
of Earth Hour
I'm typing while Earth Hour is still on ... but its okay ... well maybe ... since I have the computer a laptop called Toshi running off its battery! It's 8:42 and judging from the view out of the window many of us turned off most of the lights but left the TV on to watch Doc Martin?!
My window faces south so I can see a thunder storm lighting up the sky as a storm moves over the Southern Highlands perhaps bringing rain to the city?
I've turned off all the lights and yet that seems to make the remainng lights more obvious?
How many lights did you manage to do without during Earth Hour?
