How Mean is this?
Who else sent out far more cards than they received back?
I did the "right things" and buy cards that supported local charities to send out at Xmas.
I also did an online greeting that I uploaded here and to a mailing list of ex class mates from my TAFE course with an invitation and details for staying in touch in case I can not do more TAFE studies next year.
Now most of the people who got cards by mail or the web probably earn 3- 5 or much more times what I do or have access to the web and could have at least sent a short greeting.
So how many did?
Let's just say I am not impressed.
I am not expecting anyone to instantly declare eternal friendship with me but I do think at the very least they could exchange one or two lines of greetings especially the relatives!
