How to stop the Taliban

How to stop the Taliban and Afghani warlords?
We've tried propaganda bribery and cluster bombs so what else.
What or who could be tougher than the Taliban and Afghani hill tribesmen?
Which desert tribe from the Sahara are so tough not even the Sudanese militias mess with them despite sharing a border?
Which group has successfully fended off or kept at arm's length such dangerous creatures as missionaries (Christian or Islamic ) BBC film crews other documentary film makers and anthropology postgrads hell bent on tenure?
The Tuareg? NO! further east? Heard of the Teda Tebu Tibbou of Tibesti?
No? Not much information gets out about them. We have Nachtigals reports and smatterings of data enuff to know they speak a Nilosaharan language and once herded cattle and maybe still do in a few remote oases or high hidden valleys?
These guys are tough and their women too judging from Nachtigals report.
So we offer the Tebu autonomy over the whole Tibesti plateau whether its in Chad or Libya in exchange for some young men sent to Afghanistan.
Bye bye Taliban!
If you dont believe me let's leave it with me stating this:
Bear in mind their Kanuri relatives controlled most of Chad for centuries and they're the urban civilized branch. The rest of North Africa including the Tuareg probably pray thanks to the Divine that the Tebu prefer the remoteness of their high dry mountain valleys.
Yes they are still that tough!
