for Xmas can Australia have ...
A national Melbourne to Brisbane Western Plains and Slopes rail project.
Less big dams. More underground cisterns and water storage.
Compulsory Rain water tanks on ALL buildings new or old.
All new or currently in building housing estates public or private be surrounded by open parklands and community gardens / micro farms to create recreational areas for residents and to act as a fire break.
Less outer subs development which destroys fringe farms and market gardens thereby putting up the price of food cos we have to pay the supermarkets transport costs added to our food bills!.
More townhouses and smaller lower blocks of public housing in the city NEAR jobs.
Tax cuts for all builders property owners and developers who include one or more floors or units of low income and public housing in their properties or convert units to low income / public housing.
Likewise tax cuts for corporations that supply materials or staff or skills whatever to public projects ... and to make sure they dont rip off the public their competitors get to audit the donations!
What else would people like to see Santa Kev do ?
