Who'd like to help pay my physio bill?
No one? Any one? Why should you care?
The other reason I've been posting new blogs so irregularly apart from my TAFE course is that my back has been playing up. The recent weather in Sydney combined with certain repetitive actions during a TAFE prac to give me a "wonderful" NOT sciaitica attack.
My lower back and hip muscles locked up and were seriously inflammed. So inflamed my physio actually told me NOT TO EVEN DO PILATES which is usually good for my back.
So a week and a half of inflammation tenderness sudden sharp twinges and no gym or pilates and limited time sitting in front of the computer.
Normally I get over a mjaor sciaitica attack with one physio session and a few days rest but the damp weather and my need to attend classes and also work meas sits its still a bit sensitive and twingy.
However the April break is coming up so I promise to catch up on sharing books and images with you but folks please if you want to see more better blogging a little help with the bills means more time for quality blogging so ...
