What one event causes most of Sydney's artist community, pro and amateur, to go to West Ryde?
Yes I did say West Ryde so I'm not talking about Meadowbank TAFE "Gallery School" having their end of the year exhibition!
Every year starting at the end of November the Artscene store at West Ryde has a sale during which there is a 15 % disocunt on all items in the store and major discounts on bulk purchases of watercolor paper and canvas along with other specials.
As this store is near public transport with a railway station (with a lift) and a bus station near by its a very popular scene with everyone.
If you didnt already know about it Google Artscene and tell friends who need art supplies so you can arrange a shopping expedition!.
