A message from Mrs. Gaia
To the Class of 2008
I have been asked by our beloved principal Mrs. Gaia to pass on this message to the class of 2008 as she is busy with essential maintenance issues.
First congratulations to the new Head Prefect of USA house Mr.Obama!
Second and sadly this is a recurring issue.
Ismail Palestine and Isaac Judaia you two are wanted in the principal's office now to explain that "fireworks" display. The one that destroyed that police station and the one that at the university and the other one and yet another one.
Why you've not been arrested I do not know!
Where are they! Hopefully not behind the bicycle shed or the industrial arts workshop playing with explosives AGAIN.
We see no reason why the rest of the school should be inconvenienced and I should be using stronger words because you two have a family feud dating back to the time of Abraham. Tenders are out for someone to come in and demolish that wall across the school playground and garden. And to replant those olive trees in the school farm. Also there's the NOT so little matter of the water pipes being diverted away from the drinking fountains and toilets into a certain section of the playground.
I am mentioning this at assembly because some other pupils have misguidedly taken sides in this problem. This has lead to injuries to students who happen to be in the same ethnic and religious groups. For reasons I need not go into there will also hopefully be NEW school chaplains for certain religions in the new year.
Speaking of which the events which lead to the creation of Pakistan House in 1947 is no excuse for the attack on the school canteen! So some people hate their prefects but the canteen staff were hurt too!
Moving out to the Aghanistan House problem. The Taliban gang have been expelled but someone keeps letting them in the back gate. As a result of their behaviour several promising female students who could have become doctors or teachers have been withdrawn from the school by their parents.
Africa House stop sniggering. Legal action is being taken to forcibly expel Mugabe.
Will some one please take him to the school nurse for his sedatives. I can hear him from here muttering about evil colonialists.
Australia house the canteen and school shop staff wish to thank you for supporting them by using that surplus funding "Santa Kev" found in the budget "inhouse" however your sporting teams will still be drug tested in the new year. Especially the football players. Yes I am staring pointedly at certain individuals. That had better be chocolate in that brown paper bag and not marching powder from South America or a beer bottle.
Finally Europe House. You've had a bad time with weather and flooding damaging buildings but I am disappointed to have to report a return of racist graffiti. Like it or not you will share classrooms and other faculties with other groups. Learn to play nicely.
